Know the contents of an integrated project plan
Five major activities for developing the integrated project plan:
1. Agree on project objectives
2. Define milestones
3. Assign high-level roles and responsibilities
4. Define and plan project activities
5. Develop the project schedule
Identify activities required to achieve milestones
Allocate responsibilities among team members
Estimate the effort and cost
Consider contingency
Identify dependencies
